There are various reasons why it wouldn’t have been released under Biden, but a lot of it has to do with the fact that they’re just incompetent as a party and often try and play the moral high ground when that’s not how you beat Trump. We all know why Trump refuses to release them and have members of congress actively blocking it. If he’s innocent, why is he so petrified of it getting out?

Because he lies? Every politician does it but he’s a significant outlier even in that cohort. He was asked about releasing the Epstein files in his first term and he said he would think about it but never did. So all he has done is 1) delay, and 2) make unenforceable promises.

You say it makes zero sense but that’s been his MO for as long as he has been a public figure.

I don’t know that there’s anything incriminating for Trump but I’m fairly certain Trump’s name will come up and it won’t reflect well on him which is why he is 1) refusing to release them, 2) calling them fake, and 3) getting mad as his own supporters for pushing the release of the files.

Biden's administration didn't raid, prosecute or incarcerate Epstein. Epstein was dead before he even took office. I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't even look at the evidence. The dems are weak when it comes to an eye for an eye.
trump had the files first, if they no longer exists it would make sense that they file 13th them and Biden's' admin never had the list. Besides, they prosecuted Maxwell and of that was released.
