If I want to. Generals have agendas. They want more spending on weapons. That may be a valid assessment, or it may not. The Ukraine War has proven everyone wrong who thought the side with the most tanks and planes would automatically win the war easily.
I consider a US general to be far more knowledgeable on this subject compared to anyone else outside of the US military with the exception of politicians who have access to classified information on this subject. But that is just my opinion.
