Not what I was saying, okee, but it doesn’t really matter. Some lines of communication are indeed tough to traverse.

Charlie Kirk has the IQ of a baked potato and looks like Butthead but he’s held up as an “intellectual” by the far right community. What an embarrassment the guy is and those who thinks he has any semblance of intelligence.

I legitimately thought he was a parody account for years.

"Not having solid evidence of wrongdoing by others" is generally what I've understood the government position to be all along. However, if he's as prolific of a pedophile and trafficker as we've been made to understand then I just don't believe that the FBI couldn't make a case against a single other person. Going back to the original sweetheart deal given to Epstein, this has always reeked of a cover up. Then you add on top of it the promises of a release of a list/more materials that were actively being reviewed which suddenly dont exist. The bizarre 180 publicly asking why people still care. The video footage (that we were told didn't exist) missing a minute and having been edited. It all just stinks, and to me, among the least likely explanations are that he acted alone or that the FBI with all their resources couldn't identify a single other party.

I think the biggest issue is that the FBI just has no idea who on the list might have taken part in the illegal activities and who did not. Watched a couple different documentaries on Epstein and it seemed that he had the ability to roll out the illegal activities for those that wanted it and roll them away for those that did not.

I do think that the DOJ has a responsibility to pressure the people they knew paid Epstein a ton of money, like the founder of Victoria Secret, to tell them why they did it.

The videos almost certainly exist because Bondi said that she assigned 25 or so FBI agents to the task of reviewing them.

It's been a tough time for Fox News, which had pushed the conspiracy so hard, claiming the FBI and others were hiding the files. Praising the Trump administration because it was about to expose it all.
Now that Trump says there are no files ... what to do?
Basically, they're getting right in line and agreeing with everything he says.

Trump's Jeffrey Epstein post contradicts what top Fox hosts have argued
Just months ago, Trump allies claimed the deep state hid the “Epstein Files.” Trump now claims that they were fabricated all along.

What's interesting about this episode is ..... folks who didn't care much about the entire Epstein matter for the past 17 years are now suffering apoplectic fits from not "seeing" the alleged "list".

I definitely fall into that camp but I've become a lot more suspicious over the past ~6 months with how we've gone from "we'll release the list" to "there is no list and why are you even asking still?" along with a video release that raised even more questions. I don't solely blame the Trump admin though.

    No, not at all.

But what IS interesting is seeing people like you remain unable to understand that the outrage is at the government lying to protect pedophiles, having their appointed conspiracy kooks present multiple versions of conspiracy nonsense, and just flagrantly outright lying to the people in general.

Release the list and arrest or at least shun everyone on it. I don’t care what party, if you took advantage (raped) young women, I won’t support you. I won’t buy your products and I certainly won’t vote for you.

I think this is reasonable Mike. I also think what @CaptUSMCNole is saying is reasonable. In situations like this, I fall back on Hume’s famous maxim:

“That no testimony is sufficient to establish a miracle, unless the testimony be of such a kind, that its falsehood would be more miraculous, than the fact, which it endeavours to establish”

Applied here, Hume asks us to consider what is more likely: That Trump had solid evidence of wrongdoing of tons of people and did not until just last week realize that people he likes (or himself) were among the perpetrators, so now he has directed the dozens of hundreds of agents assigned to the case to destroy all evidence and swear them to silence.

    OR

Trump hyped up something he could not deliver.

I agree that the former might true, but at the same time no one can doubt the possibility of the latter.

In the matter of a week Trump, his whole FBI, his whole DOJ, the republican controlled congress, and even the republican controlled Supreme court have all made moves to cover for the mass rape of children.

And for the all the “but but Biden” deflections, I do recall the Biden admin releasing 950 documents with roughly 150 names on it - it's how we know Prince Andrew was on the files.

Not surprisingly, Trumps new admin killed the investigation into Prince Andrew lol.
