2026 Gators Recruiting Thread

Now that Forkpa has kicked the can down the road, are there any other of our targets likely to announce in the near term?

What’s your take on this from VC?

 

I will keep my eye on Cleveland right until the very end to see if Florida finds the money to up the offer before signing day. Some had already commented that but for the money he'd be a Gator commit.

So he’d rather be a Gator but holding out for the highest offer?

 

They can say the silent part out loud now, which they could not in years past.

 

Or just driving his bag up either way he can. Id like to see the gators vs puppy offer. Are we quibbling about pennies?

 

Or in the case of VC, Texass right?

 

So what is the bump? Another star?

 

Did we lose him to Bama or something?...why the big bump?

 

I like him, thinking he was underrated, but that seems a bit high with know fussball being played.

 

Is that a mistake? Gators dont get bumps

 

Ranking shouldt change while they play Maddon.

 

Inside the top 100 is fairly significant. Not sure what its based on.

 

If I am being honest, I don't understand either, during the summer.......
On what? Off season work outs??
Why rating services drive me crazy.

At least this time UF got a bump up for a number of players so I will take it.

I would be excited for UF to make the top 10 before the season starts because then, if UF proves they are a legit team, I could see money flowing and recruits flipping and UFs recruiting continuing to lift.

The Gators got to 7th last year by at least one of the services.

Finish with 9 or 10 wins, and UF should finish strong in the 26 cycle.

 

I dont think our pockets will get deeper but winning did loosen em up last year. You can believe those boosters dropping millions want to win in the worst way.
