Kash and Pam probably want to release the information but they don't want to throw their leader under the bus
Both sides… are garbage. That list has people neither side wants released. People that would destroy our political system as it stands right now (it would be rebuilt with new power brokers unfortunately). Slime garbage sewage people .
No, not both sides. One side. It's weird how frequently you need to be prompted for accuracy on this. Only one side said that they literally had this list sitting on their desk. And now one side refuses to release it. And only one side appointed crackpot conspiracy theorists to the very highest levels of law enforcement. And for the record, only that same one side allowed Epstein to somehow die in one of the most secure prisons in America. Did the other side do any of these things? Did they claim to have this list and then refuse to publish it? Please inform us if they did. So again, this thread is about one side.
Whether the Democrats claimed to have a list or not, they would have also had the same information while in charge. Both parties should have to answer for why there weren't charges against anyone other than Epstein and Maxwell. Really the only thing you can "blame" the Republicans for is they talked a big game about releasing the list but are now trying to claim a list doesn't exist. That doesn't absolve Democrats for not taking action when they had the opportunity.
I may get some flack for this, but I frequent TikTok political lives. I like to spectate both sides lives so I can actually hear from Americans views and not politicians. Curiously, when all this came out, some guy was on a panel and stated we'd never see them because it's not just the trump or Clinton names that may be on it, but it goes much deeper than that. The worldwide effects would turn everything upside down. He mentioned curing world hunger amongst other things. I don't know that I believe it, but things have become crazy lately, and it wouldn't be a shocker if what he said was true. Que Elon! Apparently now Bannon is on it. Not a shocker.
There is also the possibility that a written list does not exist and Epstein did kill himself, which effectively ended his prosecution. Maxwell has already been prosecuted for her part. Would have been kind of weird for the Biden Administration to announce out of the blue that there was no list for no reason. Like there is a reasonable explanation for doing nothing if there was nothing to do. I dont think its anyone's job in government to disprove a conspiracy theory, because people arent going to believe it. Even if the FBI is telling the truth here, what good did it do with the true believers? They still think something is being hidden.
All we can see with the Dems is that in 2023 Maxwell was sentenced, before that it was an on going investigation where they couldn't release the list. After that, the public was more concerned with the border and the high price of groceries. Apparently there are people on there the dems wouldn't want to expose, I suspect both sides have high profile people on it. To say you have the list on your desk and then say it doesn't exist, rests squarely on the shoulders of this administration. Game of hot potato, the repugs have be caught with the potato.
I think when people say they want the "list" released they don't necessarily mean an existing list that Epstein maintained but rather the names of other people involved. So while it may be true that there is no list, that still doesn't answer the questions that we have. I'll also say that I'm not necessarily an advocate of simply releasing names - I want people who are involved to be prosecuted. I don't see a world where you can release a list of people who are purportedly guilty without also charging them. Ultimately, with all the talk we've heard of photos and videos kept by Epstein I find it extremely hard to believe that the government doesn't know who else was involved and to whom the kids were being trafficked.
I get it but I'm also not going to give democrats a pass simply because they didn't make boisterous claims about releasing the list. If they were secretly working on prosecutions behind the scenes, but didn't finish over the course of 4 years, then they should have to answer for that as well. If they weren't working on prosecutions, then why?
Client list vs phone contact list. In this day and age some investigator who had seen said list would drop names in order to famous on every news show. This seems to be an issue of mouth overloading the arse. With any case and prosecution, you need credible witnesses to testify with other witnesses to verify. The wealthy aren’t going to and most of the “models” don’t want to. So we have rumors. Maybe stop all the young modeling vulture ventures (beauty pageants..)
Some people on both sides just can't bring themselves to call out their own party. Sad to see, but it's very prevalent on both sides.
The day the list comes out will be the same day that we get the congressional list of hush money payments
That's why I say there has to be people on the list that both sides don't want exposed. They did finish the investigation in 2023, but no administration is going to release something like that without being forced to. We were distracted by what they wanted us to focus on. We will never know now who is on it now that they have been disposed of. I read somewhere that Maxwell was assured that her little black book would never be publicized.
Perhaps...but JE was a billionaire. How did he make his fortune? Conventional wisdom has long held that he made his fortune by baiting Uber rich with too-young tail, then charging exorbitant fees (blackmail) for preserving the secrets. That would require a list. If that's not the case, then let anyone promulgate an alternative hypothesis or theory to JE's wealth--bc I have yet to hear an alternative, let alone one that's plausible.
Conspiracy 101 in session. “Hey, your conspiracy just crashed and burned.” Oh no no no. That isn’t possible. Ending a conspiracy is just another conspiracy, if you’re a pro. Enthusiasts will twist it into just the next step of the existing conspiracy. A poser admits they might sometimes be wrong, and will never succeed in this pseudo-world. “It might upend the world!!” Ha, wha?? How so? Who is it we will “lose” that we will never recover from? Who exactly is so critical? What institution is so instrumental? On the one hand the most vehement of Listers cheer every burn-down as if it’s absolutely crucial to humanity. Same people: What will we do without whoever is the equivalent of the POTUS is in Switzerland?? ALL THREE LETTERS AGENCIES MUST GO!!! Well, at least put the FOX News B-listers in charge! Hold up, what happens if whoever the second in command at the CIA is on the list??? DOOM!! Bill Gates: ENEMY OF THE WHOLE POPULATION!! He has to die before he kills billions, literally!! Whoa…..what if he is on the list?? How would we recover? QUICK, pretend it never existed!! How much competence does it require to “review” this list before you go on multiple TV shows screeching about it, and before creating a TV show to hand out binders of nothing to juice up The Reveal? You don’t have to burn many calories convincing me Bondi is at best idiot adjacent. But I doubt a person so dumb as to accidentally screw this particular pooch could make it back to the same address two days in a row, so even I would call her “smarter than that.” Bongino and Patel are def in the photo with Bondi on Team Super Stoopit, but again, I can’t really see how they could be that stupid. Did they all believe the .wins and chans, obviously yes. There is a reason Watkins has never admitted to being Q. As soon as a real person is the source, the exact same “research” that whole world relies on becomes instantaneously idiotic. Because it is, in fact. It only survives because of the equally idiotic premise that there is this omnipotent DS mole with access to ALL INFORMATION, but won’t ever tell you ANY OF IT except in never-specific bad movie lines, and then never disagrees with the hundreds of gonzo interpretations zealots invent. Maybe you’re right! Maybe you too! Errybody gets a car!! Once this same “information” is known to originate from a dude who watches porn while driving and doing an on-the-record interview, you will finally be truly red-pilled. Crazy Normie Idea: the list never existed, and all the Fox entertainers knew that. So did Trump. But a huge chunk of MAGA only shows up for this stuff. So put on a Big Show, then just abruptly walk off the stage. They will take it from there, no need to explain anything. The whole thing started with no evidence and no logic, and it will continue that way. They will fix the problem just like they invented it. People who find anything objectionable do not matter and should not be acknowledged unless it is to deride them for not being true believers. Those people are to be marginalized if not eradicated. They are “enemies” and “we hate” them. Then back away and let the howler monkeys go full frenzy.
So, my understanding is that the prior criminal charges were for acts that occurred 20+ years ago (from 2002-2005), and Alex Acosta (who would years later became Trump's Secretary of Labor) negotiated the non-prosecution agreement with the state of Florida without even notifying the victims. Epstein served 13 months in Florida prison for prostitution charges, and that was reportedly considered the deal of a lifetime, particularly with how much freedom Epstein enjoyed during his "incarceration." https://www.cnn.com/2020/11/12/politics/department-of-justice-alex-acosta-epstein As far as prosecuting others, the article I linked above states that the 2007 deal protected any potential co-conspirators of Epstein. I don't know if that's accurate, and I haven't read it if it is public. If that's true, I don't know what role that played or didn't play moving forward to 2019. I also don't know whether there might have been statute of limitations defenses available to potential criminal defendants who might have committed a sexual battery but were presumably not involved in trafficking minors across state or federal lines. No one seems to dispute that Clinton and Trump knew Epstein personally and had been on his plane. We also heard about guys like Prince Andrew and Alan Dershowitz, for examples. So some names made it out. Dershowitz reportedly said that he had his underwear on during the massage and that nothing inappropriate happened. Virginia Giuffre accused him of sexually abusing her but later said that she may have mistakenly identified him. Seems pretty safe to say that her testimony would not have been sufficient to support a criminal charge against him, even assuming charges against Dershowitz could have otherwise been brought that many years later. https://www.cnn.com/2022/11/08/us/alan-dershowitz-virginia-giuffre-allegations-dropped I am not convinced there was ever a "client list." Epstein certainly had a contact list (and that's been floating around for years), but being on a contact list with tons of other people isn't evidence of a crime. To me, the most shady part of the timeline was the 2007 deal that Florida and the Feds reached because it seems to have been anomalous even back then (before the "me too" movement and increased attention on sexual trafficking).
