It's shaping up to be a nice week.

You might just be a little too hung upon stars. We have a very good balanced roster. Thin in a couple of places but a solid team. If we get good coaching and can stay healthy we should be able to swing with anybody

 

Id like to think so tooo and so do the next five sec teams after those three but chances are, those three are still ahead of everyone else and while their coaches are good , i dont think thats whats going to separate them. Recruiting rankings do take into account merely stars but they end up fairly accurate on most occasions. Id rather have 5 5*'s than zero and 20 on the roster instead of 5. It makes a huge difference.

 

If we return a kickoff or punt for a td I believe I may actually breakdown in tears. I may sob if we even make it past the 40 on a kickoff....the bar is real damn low on special teams so please just give us something. Even something as simple as a blocked punt or a blocked field goal is a giant improvement.

We also need to see 7 instead of 3 when we get inside the 20....gotta close the drive with a td this year.

 

If we can get the right number of players on the field I will be happy. That might be asking a lot from this staff, but I can dream.

 

Expect so and I wouldn't be disappointed that 2 is all.

 

Looking pretty good for this to happen and I would be happy like Kryptonite. I am SO HAPPY that the nightmare of tamu and LSU running trap draws 30 times a game and UF being unable to stop it, appears to be over. No disrespect to previous players but UF went from really struggling at this position to having one of the better units in the SEC.
