I've been wanting to see this kid commit for a while. He has the speed and skills for cb, the size for safety, and good tackling ability. He may want to be a cb, but the best for using all his skills should be star.

 

I like the look on his face, business.

 

Only because we have 16 committed, Miami wih 19 and fsu with 21..

 

I like the offer lists that a lot of our 3 stars have. If Georgia and Alabama have committable offers to a player I like it.

I like the players Napier takes for the most part. Not too many clowns like that edge that went to ol miss.

The games are where we show what we have or do not.
Please do not let anyone’s mythical evaluations
give you pause. I do think we are building..and anyway, the results of the season will give us enormous push…or NOT.

Recruiting rankings arent an end all stat but more times than not, its a pretty good indicator of the end result. Seems to me, thete are more underperforming teams than ones that really outperform their talent. A competent coaching staff can only do so much.

 

That's our problem....

 

W..talent is key no doubt.
I personally do think we evaluate players well. A three star is not a three star, even in the fantasy world of ratings..UNTIL…the season ( for them) is over. Sometimes three stars become four stars.
I just choose to keep all my sharp knives in the drawer until I actually do plan to slash my wrists

 

Its an issue but unless you have a few million to put in a bag, theres not tealky anything you can do about it.
