In the nicest way possible, I hope and think you are dead wrong. Diddy paid off the mortgage on his home in Miami that is valued at $50mm plus, so he could post it for bail with no other claims on the asset. Was denied. Then lost two appeals for simply bail. The feds have him by the balls. I wouldn’t be shocked if Diddy is the fall guy for a lot of other rich people that did horrific things while under the influence of God knows what. Diddy isn’t talented and is not beloved by anyone, much less the masses. He will die in jail. Similar to Epstein, I doubt it goes beyond that though.
I hope your correct, but a whole BUNCH, of famous people, including a huge % of the hip hop celebs are now in the sights of the media, if nothing else, great embarrassment may be coming to many people and perhaps worse. But my original post remains, the % of these rich criminals getting in trouble is miniscule.
Verdict came down, innocent of the most serious charges, faces up to 10 years in prison. Most likely will be probation, no jail time if I could guess here. Charges sure seemed serious but I guess when you are a billionaire, you can afford a legion of the best lawyers money can buy.

Was difficult to follow the trial since it was Federal but sounds like the prosecutors over-reached similar to the way the Georgia prosecutors did with the RICO charges against Young Thug.
Not quite. Two convictions. Facing prison time. And the judge refused to let him off on bail while awaiting sentence due to his propensity to bribe and/or threaten witnesses. That’s not what he deserves, but it isn’t nothing either.
It sounds like judges have a lot of discretion under the Mann Act when the interstate prostitution involves adults only. But I haven't gotten a sense of what sentencing range might be typical. Heard one legal pundit say he thinks the Judge might feel pressure to make an example out of Diddy, and I'm not sure that's fair, as dislikeable as the guy is.
Well, now, that’s true. You’ll have to get him to win a primary, though. And you’ll have to hope the other side runs a candidate so bad that it’s possible for an obnoxious, boorish, convicted felon, such as Sean Combs, to have a realistic chance of winning. But, yeah, it can be done.
