Yep, he sure does sound like presidential timber--very relatable, and very electable. Vance refers to the 11.8 million people losing medical coverage as "minutiae". I wonder how many of the 11.8 million would vote for him in 2028? Only tens of thousands are expected to die from preventable illnesses from this policy, so it's not like he's killing off half of the country.
