While China is going heavy into “renewables” they have massively increase their coal fired plants also.

It wasn’t enough to meet the full demand for that house but like I said it was 7 years ago. Funny the people that bought it drove a Tesla…

Perhaps now it may have a bigger impact on the asking price.

I fully expect Trump’s Big Dumb Bill to pass without much of a debate but this is exactly the type of bill that MAGA says they hate and what Trump said he would change. Both parties have been doing this for years, a large unreadable piece of legislation full of crap that increases spending and increases the deficit. Both clown shows when in power continue to present BS over complicated laws instead of simple ones. The victims are we the people.

I agree although it's the trend that matters.

I haven’t been keeping up with this, admittedly. Are the ‘$3.3 trillion added to the debt in one year calculations accurate’? If so….. yikes. Or even half of that number. Yikes.

I believe it's over 10 years ..... but not many headlines indicate that period.

Pretty sure they always calculate it over 10 years.

Ah, well, if that’s the case, that’s pretty light. $330 billion a year? Poker night money, compared to how it was with the auto pen.

Probably depends on whether your house attracts younger or older customers. Younger and more affluent customers (which are somewhat rare) are the ones looking for updated kitchens and solar panels. Older people are less likely to be excited about either of these things--they want location and square footage, and maybe a wet bar.

Musk finally realizes that he was on the wrong side of history when he supported Trump for president, thanks to Trump's Big Beautiful Bill, which is the opposite of everything that Musk believes in. Musk believes in new technologies and alternative energy options. Trump believes in knuckle-dragging, coal-fired sweatshops making Packard, Edsel, and Arrow cars.

So what is Musk going to do about it? He's going to come after every republican who votes for Trump's bill, spending millions on defeating each and every candidate who voted for this bill. Trump's only option is to create a new cabinet-level position for each republican Congressman who votes himself out of a job. Let's see--we'll need a Secretary of Coal, a Secretary of Immigrant Rumors, a Secretary of Judicial Intimidation, a Secretary of De-Solarization, A Secretary of Drill, Baby, Drill, A Secretary of Mexican Demonization, a Secretary of Debt Re-Classification, a Secretary of Peasant Abuse, A Secretary of Biden Blaming, a Secretary of Military Insults, and a Secretary of Presidential Grifting. Did I miss anything?

Looks like the MAGA world is imploding--it didn't even last six months before it turned on itself.

Musk vows to defeat Republicans who vote for Trump mega bill

Honestly, if it’s just $3.3 trillion over 10 years, that would be a gigantic improvement. So much so I just assume it’ll come in higher than that.

LOL! Why do all these statements start off with “We did not vote for this!”
Yes, yes you in fact did vote for this. The multitude of flaws with Trump’s agenda was completely ignored by your voters despite all the warnings. You trusted in a corrupt politician, a convicted felon and liar. You play with the devil, you should expect to be burned!

Trump's Big Boneheaded Bill is now officially underwater: Americans hate it. It's polling very badly, as 46% think it will hurt their families, and 23% of Americans think it will help their families. It is tanking Yugely. It is now officially an epic embarrassment. It will go down as the most hated proposed bill in history to date.

I feel bad for anyone so gullible to believe that this bill will help America in any way.
