This is the crux of the matter, which is a double edged sword. Permitting every regional justice to block every federal executive action indeed seems to vest too much power in the judiciary. Yet permitting the executive to take obviously illegal actions for months before it can be curbed is no ideal state either. And as others have noted, every overstep is an invitation. Now that this door is open, it is certain that a liberal executive will soon walk through it to the chagrin of those celebrating this ruling today. But my main point is that both sides always feel the same pressures and motivations. If party A feels justified by the previous actions of B, B will feel the same about A.

No one should blame the justices for voting in Trump's favor. MAGA has showed us what a violent group of people they are and how much they hate judges that go against Trump. I'm sure those judges fear for their lives
