They are nine of the most educated American legal scholars from diverse backgrounds and appointed to the US Supreme Court by multiple different presidents, and your answer to why they all ruled that Garcia couldn’t be imprisoned without a trial is that you “assume they like illegal human smugglers”.

Die, I think you might want to take a step back and rethink your assumptions.

 

Just say “I support open borders and the hell and resource drain that comes with it, and especially unaccompanied minors“

I support immigrants that work needed jobs and can support themselves. 8 million estimated to be in our workforce. Many doing jobs that few citizens want to do.

I also support the Constitution and due process. I believe no human should be imprisoned without being charged and found guilty. The Supreme Court in Abrego Garcia's case agreed with me. Can you answer why we're wrong?

 

I made a Lord of the Flies reference, but maybe the Monty Python mob scene would have been more accurate;

Logic and rule of law don't matter. Not when there is a critical mass of people supporting one's emotions, and the people being wronged are Others.

(Remember- they're not like you and me. Trump said so. It's reasonable and humane to send them to some random prison in a foreign country ...... or to South Sudan. They're different! )
