I like how he posted that on Juneteenth. I'm sure he feels that making it a federal holiday was a mistake

 

Do a lot of businesses close on federal holidays?

 

Let's start with Christmas ... at least Juneteenth celebrates a real thing that happpened....

US has always been higher on the list of avg hours worked.

and generally there is less productivity per hour for a worker in a 55 hour week vs a 45 hour week.

Winter Solstice is Dec 21st. I'd be fine with getting all the solstices and equinoxes off ... like I said, real things that happen ...

 

More than half the workers in Iceland are working 4 days a week and productivity has increased since they started initial trials back in 2015.

 

Personally I think making Juneteenth was a mistake.

 

Might as well add Toyotathon to the list, it's bigger than some of the holidays we support now.
