That's her full page. I tried to post a pic from her at the camp and it didn't work. I don't even see it on her page. Perhaps it was one of those "stories" things I don't understand.

 

Strange so many are leaving Ole Miss after their best year in quite some time. Never was thrilled with their coach, however. She brought a lot of baggage to Oxford and increased it early on. Wonder if she is an issue for some of the players.

Especially strange given the huge upgrade in facilities -- a new $32M stadium opened just this year, although it is still pretty small by NCAA standards.

 

Facilities aren’t nearly as important as they were even 3 years ago. Kids would play in a backyard lot if they can get paid and play for titles.

 

This was from a couple games ago and I mentioned at the time that Korbe got her second assist with a bullet to the plate. BTW, she is having a nice first pro season....hitting .333 and playing big D. Anyway, I just now found the video:

 

Yes, I have enjoyed her play in the AUSL. We were lucky to have had her for the last two years. I always love play, spirit and grit. She was an asset to the ‘24 and ‘25 teams.

 

Did you see the play when the ball bounced off the top of the wall? Kobe caught the carom and held the batter to a single.

 

Never said she was coming to UF, just stating she entered the portal for anyone curious.

Kyle Crooks moving on over to cover Nebraska football. Going to miss him, he was very good. Interesting to see who they bring in to do the play by play
