Not that unusual for the losing party out of power that just blew a winnable POTUS election to have a hard time with donors. The only difference this time is that Jenn O’Mallay Dillion and the Harris Campaign Team blew through almost $1.2B in 90 days telling donors they were going to win and lost every swing state. A lot of smoke that the Harris team burned a lot of bridges with big Democratic donors and they are not interested in giving to anyone associated with that campaign.
