He commits before their visit, which makes the visit sound like a consolation visit out of respect for the work they put in or a back up plan.
Speakin of Crab Legs (seafood) Skink, I miss lobsta Willie lol We could get 1 if not 2 commits today! Would make a fine end to the recruiting weekend!!!!!
Well if UF gets him today that will make 5 commits for this weekend cycle, including having 4 OL in the fold. As I stated (posted) previously, if the staff likes a kid, offers, and then wines and dines them, clearly the staff like what they are seeing and future development. Hopefully the staff continues the "developmental success" on the line. Sure, it would be nice to get OJO as OL commit #5, but if you think about it, UF is saving a dump-truck load of NIL money for OL guys they can develop instead of paying for high ranked but non proven commodities out of H.S. At least this seems to be UF's current strategy.
Heck of a weekend! Heck of a weekend!! Five (5) count em, 5, and suddenly the OL recruiting is no longer a worry! I was thinking Malik might pull the trigger but we may have to wait for July. Suddenly UF is at 12, - This weekend alone: 2 OL's, 1 stud RB, 1 stud receiver, 1 stud Defensive Lineman ........ well done staff! In the mix (as per Candy's projections) for some awfully good defensive Lineman. Now let the Cherry Pickin begin! I think UF is well on it's way to a very good recruiting cycle. Just think what it will be when UF wins the SECCG and goes into the playoffs at 11-2!
