    TACO Don capitulated on this (entire illegal immigration charade) way faster than even I expected.

    We all knew it would be pretending to go after the criminal ones, no meaningful legislation, and leaving almost all illegals in the USA.

    But he outright admitted to doing nothing after only 5 months?

    Say it ain't so, Donny- you're our immigration superman! Are they at least no longer eating the dogs?

    The only way to get an effective immigration bill will be if there is a true labor shortage and the need for more immigration will be there. Both sides will have to come together to get a bill that works for both sides.

    Right now companies exploit the illegal immigrants by paying cash under the table or knowingly hiring people with fake ids. It is a weird symbiotic relationship

    So Trump is failing again by not doing anything about farm and hospitality workers? Not evicting them, not regulating them .... no legislation.

    Trump's just wasting a ton of money to maybe catch more people..... but pretty much only while they're crossing the border.

    He might as well just be telling MAGA that he was lying about all of this the whole time. MAGA might as well just come out and admit that they'll tolerate being lied to.

    Why would anyone support those piece of crap bills that would let in 1.8+ million people a year before any guardrails go up? That's asinine. The border got fixed by actually enforcing the laws and executive orders. Good effort at playing politics though...
