The "fact": no noon games. Period! The "real" fact: it depend upon whether you are talking about noon, EST or some other time period. I mean, if we embrace "it's 5pm somewhere", this is a distinction of merit. Just saying...
at least we don't flirt with Thusday night games, the epitome of 2nd tier programs (competing with JV football)
Back when I was in school, all home, non-TV games were at 3 in Sept and after Sept scheduled for 1. Night games were mostly a FSU and LSU thing.
Lol... I've said that several times before in my posts, when talking about Sankey and how he's mismanaged our ESPN deal/s. I also said Sankey should demand a king's ransom (in so many words) if we add a 9th SEC game to our schedule.
Won't have much choice in scheduling soon enough when it's sec and big10, then playoffs and Superbowl junior. I'm kind of annoyed that if you Google search if it game tickets to buy tickets the first result is uf vs Texas. Who cares about Texas? If no noon games is a thing that's a great silver lining for students though.
