The Abrams tanks are multiplying. Ukraine's seven surviving tanks are about to expand their family to 56, thanks to Australia. Can Russia do that trick with any of their tanks? Has China or North Korea sent any tanks to Russia? Looks like Ukraine has enough Abrams tanks to outlast Russia's economy. And that's without the U.S. reaching into storage and sending any more of the 4,969 Abrams tanks there.
Russia has a very complicated relationship with Israel. There is a ton of Russians, with a ton of Russian money, loving in Israel. They don’t like each other, but they also have a strange inter-dependence.
Russia is having enough trouble guaranteeing its own security at the moment. I suspect that any security agreement between Russia and Iran is not worth the paper it's printed on, and both countries will continue to act in their own self-interest. Any decision by Russia to openly attack Israel would not sit well with the U.S., although, with Trump in charge, who knows what might happen? Russia probably represents the Gilded Age to Trump (especially as the Romanovs were so rudely deposed by the ungrateful peasantry), and Trump wants to revive the Gilded Age at all costs.
That's the early warning system. The sheep are supposed to wake the shepherd, who then calls in a sighting if he has cell service. If the shepherd has an AK-47, he is to spray the air wildly and claim multiple shoot-downs.
