So, if Mia knew in April she had big money offered and would likely take it....doesn't that put a whole new spin on this "great" kid who was railroaded by her lunatic mother. Never believed a word of it. Assuming her mother has 1% common sense, she doesn't do what she did unless she knew what was going to happen.

Since the beginning of May she reverted back to something similar to her freshman production...home runs and not much else. She had eight hits since the beginning of May...four were home runs. She hit .267 if I recall correctly. More telling to me...in 19 playoff games she hit .175 with one home run and 6 rbis. Tech has money coming out their eyeballs and they don't care if Mia makes it or not. If she does, great, if she doesn't, there are no complications to just benching her the way we had in dealing with her. They aren't hamstrung by having had a relationship with a legacy kid since the 6th grade and have to ignore some obvious truths.
