    As you know, I have my own issues to deal with and I no longer care about NIL. I was reading the link and thought "I really don't give a crap about any of this any more". NIL is going to contiue to morph and I really don't care wehre it goes. But thanks for posting for those that do care.

    Yeah, I don't really care about it either. I didn't even read the whole thing. But I do hope they put salary caps on each program so there's at least some uniformity in direct pay. Whatever they get outside of that would be whatever they can get.

    It’s still just NIL deals. They’re still avoiding employment contracts (actual pay for play) for now.

    There’s still no salaries, but they’re saying they’re going to cap school spending at just over 20 mill. This won’t stop third party deals though. They think they’re going to be able to control those now, but I have a sneaky suspicion that part of the settlement will be challenged and tossed to the curb almost immediately. There’s already an appeal filed for the initial settlement.
