Do you have a more recent paper that disproves what was published in 2022? And why would you prefer the vaccine? Because the inflamation caused by the vaccine is more rare and significantly less severe than the inflammation caused by infection. True back in 2022. And still true today, unless you have evidence showing otherwise.

From this study, looking at pediatric COVID vaccination in California only, COVID vaccines averted 273 pediatric COVID hospital visits. Again, this is California only, which like the rest of the country, had lower pediatric COVID vaccination rates.

273 hospital visits out of 8.95 million adolescents living in CA doesn't present a huge risk, but why wouldn't CA parents, and parents all over the world want to reduce the risk of their child ending up in the hospital? In contrast, the vaccine caused 1 known case of needed myocarditis hospitalization.

But all this data is meaningless to people like Q and who RFK Jr. is appointing to the vaccination board. And that's more than just unfortunate. It's dangerous. There is no way to reduce risk to zero, but public health is about lowering risk and increasing positive outcomes. A miniscule risk from vaccination is worth it when overall, it reduces the risk of hospitalization among the population. Even if the risk is already low, if the vaccine can lower it, then positive outcomes increase.

 

Compare vaccines with their small risk of death to non-existent viruses with zero risk of death.
