Uh, no. You are likely using the stats that don't contain the Title 42 removal data, which handled about half of all removals in 2021 and 2022 and a substantial chunk of them in 2023. And since they do removal data by fiscal year, you are likely looking at October 2024-June 2025.

You're going to have to go after the contractors, not the developers. Same in the agricultural industry. Farmers pretty much only grow food these days. Everything from caretaking to harvesting is contracted out these days. If you have a large lawn service taking care of your property, are going to check the credentials of every lawn care employee who shows up on your property? I'm not, and I shouldn't have to if I've hired a licensed contractor.

It is pretty simple. An assumption inherent in your question is that we could just send thousands of ICE agents to a place at a moments notice. I actually agree. Because we have an absolutely gigantic amount of ICE agents as ICE and CBP receive orders of magnitude more funding than any other federal law enforcement. The claims of "open boarders" were, thus, absurd.

I am just trying to figure out why you got it so wrong, which is the "likely."

But if you want the actual data so that you don't get it so wrong again, I am happy to provide it. Now, these are fiscal years, meaning that FY 2021 is October 2020-September 2021, FY 2022 is October 2021-September 2022, etc.
