I don’t think the country would nominate a serial killer as a serious candidate.
So as bad as Trump may seem to a Democrat…he’s not as bad as a Democrat to people like me.
Believe me, I don’t like we’re at…looking forward to better candidates in the future.

 

I didn’t say that all. All I said your choice wasn’t really about whether Kamala was viable or unviable. It’s more just that you preferred Trump to Kamala.

 

I get that Bluke. And I preferred Kamala to Trump, but I also prefer drinking elephant urine to having my nuts cut off. Not all preferences are worth pursuing.

 

I can feel your frustration.
Politics is a mess, more so than in recent history.
I’m an optimist and believe we’ve hit bottom.
I have to believe we’ll get better candidates with a little more substance next time around.

Nope. Nor do I have experience voting for Trump. As I said, one should keep absolute standards.

 

I know many people share this view, but I think it is a bit myopic because there were MANY other choices. Some really good ones, too, like Haley. But the REPUBLICAN voters openly chose Trump above all else.

 

Honestly, I’m hoping he has no experience with either, and bluntly, the latter sounded far worse than the former.

I can’t speak for others.
I did NOT want Trump.
I wanted Haley.
I was forced into voting for him over the camel.
End of story.

You literally dont have to vote for anyone. You can leave any section you want blank. Of course, it usually works out that more people vote for president than down ballot for other races. Really should reverse that!

Yes but I’m a registered democrat so don’t have an option to vote republican in the primaries

 

No one put a gun to their head to force them to vote for Trump.
