Agree - One thing I've heard the committee chairman say in the past is that they look at how a team played down the stretch and Florida ended the season with a very good W/L record over the last 20 games or so.

 

Don't like that one - Ok St as our 3 and matched up with Texas in Super. Yuck.

 

Yep, that’s rough. OSU as a 3 is tough on us and then go to Austin if you win.

 

Top 5 RPI is set. Vandy may fall below UGa if lose, but doubt it. 2-6 are done playing.

I think we can take Texas in a best two of three. We did it at their place. But getting there first is a problem.

 

Crazy too watch Laveliotte Play tonight after breaking a bone in the last 36 hours. Kudos to His toughness. I’m not sure how he is playing.

 

LSU is pretty solid.
Somehow, hoping we will still host, but unfortunately needed to win two games in the SEC tournament… The selection committee and their last view of us was not good

Had more to do with not wanting to use his 1-2 after Friday IMO.. Both options available on full rest for next Fri.

 

Not a big fan of that one for UF. Stetson, FSU in regional, then Georgia in a SR if all goes well. Prefer playing some newbies, not same old bunch.

Ha ha, yea that's definitely some newbies in that draw. At least I haven't seen a projection sending Miami also to Tally as a 3 seed. Been there done that.

 

Theres only been 1 time in current format a team was sent to in conference host.. Aub to Bama. shocker..

I actually have no issue with it. Go where your seed sends you. If 4 teams from same conf., so be it.

Ready for selection day. It's all rather subjective anyway.
Seems like most of these have Kentucky in and Miami to the Vols. The latter would be a tough one, not sure who id be rooting for other than the #2 seed if canes go to Rocky Top. .

 

Maybe and if that’s the case, just a smart move in all regards. Let your guys get the rest they need but also allows you go get a big win. There are some head coaches that will not grab or take their one or two guy and pitched in for an inning or two tosecure the win.
With your theory/thought process, if a guy that pitched Saturday night through even six or seven innings he would be plenty rested by next Friday as that is five full days of rest so not sure that was it.

 

Yeah,were down to under 48 hours of guessing. Auburn is closest bus ride for Canes, but 2 seed there likely acc.
