Haven’t heard that. If it’s money, go to Tech. We’ll be fine. Don’t want to get into a bidding war. We’ll know if there is no commitment this week.
Henshall most likely not coming. Eligibility forecasted to be problematic due to UF entrance requirements.
Well, you and those folks don't understand real art. If you want to learn - if you can at your obviously young age - then listen and be in awe of a maestro...if I may say so myself. The 70s were a time of great upheaval. Things in the world - the US especially - were growing at an incredibly fast pace. We all were reaping the benefits of it all. But then, things got...um...sidetracked. And as a result, what did we Great Unwashed do? Two things really (three things if you add in television). We developed what we know today as Classic Rock, which is the birthplace of so many legacy bands and music. The other is best described as temporary insanity disguised as popularity. Some of it was incredibly insightful (like All in the Family) and most of it was utter crap. Each of us has/had to decide which was which. Anyways, we decided to embrace the new reality after the burning down of the old and reliable past. One of them was disco and the ability to dance the same way to each and every song. The term "Boogie" was NOT a part of our vocabulary until this aspect to our culture. We partied as if 1999 was in our grasp. And, if I may say, it was the beginning in earnest of the sexual revolution. Earlier attempts were profound but did not reach critical mass. It did during the latter 70s. And so...H__l Yeah!!! Anyways, what you are dissing is our history of how we got to this place where we don't like what is the current events regarding player transfers and ridiculous amounts of money. I say, it is what it is and to bemoan bad music and silly dance routines is to not recognize who we are and where we come from. And that is plainly in the realm of the youth. And so I say to you...young'un...again.... Stay off my damn lawn!!!
Rick Dees was the WHBQ DJ in Memphis when I was a teenager. Pretty sure when that song came out. So I don't hate it. LOL!
Are you talking about KC's song? No way! KC's a legend! I hope they play "please don't go" as Fland makes his way out the door.
