Julius Malema made the threat at an EFF rally in 2016. He stood by the threat in the interview that was posted by gatormonk referring to Whites as "crybabies" for being concerned about his overt threat of genocide as a sitting member of Parliament. What context mitigates openly contemplating murder as a political option? In 2022 he again stated he could not "guarantee I can't or won't call for the slaughter of White people" at some point in the future. You did not have any comment to my earlier reply pointing out that 25% of the South African National Assembly belongs to a caucus lead by EFF of which Julius Malema is founder and President. What facts support your assertion the EFF is a "very minor party?" Of the 18 political parties that hold seats in South African Parliament EFF has the 4th highest seat totals. MK (uMkhonto weSwizwe) is the largest opposition party to the current government, but nevertheless has the 3rd largest seat totals in Parliament and the same policy of EFF for expropriating White-owned land without compensation. Nevertheless your position is that its a "very extreme stretch" for Whites in South Africa to be concerned about genocide?

They have ~1% of the seats (39 of 400) in their assembly and have never been outside the opposition or part of a ruling government, that is the definition of a fringe party. This is Arab parties in the Knesset level of membership. Even if you count them as part of a larger opposition caucus (that arent aligned on policy other than opposition to the government) its just 25% of the assembly lol. The Congressional Black Caucus alone has more voting power than the EFF.

Since EFF holds the 4th most seats in Parliament out of 18 political parties in Parliament your analysis only follows that the remaining 14 political parties must be less than fringe? South Africa is not a two-party system like the USA. The Congressional Black Caucus wields it's voting power very effectively and well beyond its membership.

Quite a few of them are pretty fringe, essentially vehicles for one politician, or basically regional. While there are many parties, the state has been heavily controlled by one party (ANC). Heck, the second biggest party is a heavily Afrikaner party that is currently in a coalition with the ANC.

That's usually the case with parliamentary politics. There are dozens of fringe parties in various countries. The reason the CBC (or the "Freedom Caucus) can wield its voting power is because it often finds itself in the majority because its a two party system that uses a "majority of the majority" rule to advance legislation. In the minority, their votes mean mostly nothing, because of the rules imposed by the House (because only legislation already supported by the majority comes to a vote). It would take pretty extraordinary circumstance for someone to form a government with the EFF in their coalition lol.

Was going to post something similar from another source. Not that there should have been much doubt in the first place but giving asylum to that blatant anti-Semite should put to rest the Administration's absurd narrative that Trump is concerned about antisemitism.

Since Trump has some Jewish grandchildren I would think he is very concerned about antiSemitism

Back in 2022 Trump hosted two anti-Semites at a dinner at Mar-a-Lago. I don't know whether he is anti-Semitic or not but he certainly tolerates anti-Semites if they are among his supporters.
Trump hosted Holocaust denier at Mar-a-Lago estate during visit with Kanye West, a week after announcing 2024 run
Extremists React to Trump Dinner with Ye and Nick Fuentes
On Tuesday, November 22, 2022, former President Donald Trump hosted white supremacist and Holocaust denier Nick Fuentes and rapper Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, at his Mar-a-Lago home. Trump’s willingness to associate with figures who have repeatedly spread antisemitic and white supremacist tropes is deeply concerning and has not gone unnoticed by extremists.

Fuentes, a white supremacist and rabid misogynist who attended the 2017 “Unite the Right” rally in Charlottesville, has repeatedly spread racist and antisemitic conspiracy theories. Despite his history of antisemitism, he has forged alliances with a variety of far-right figures, including some GOP officials.

Ye, who announced his bid for the presidency two days after having dinner with Trump, has been embroiled in controversy for weeks after making numerous antisemitic and other inflammatory remarks. He was briefly locked out of his social media accounts and lost his partnerships with Gap, Adidas and Balenciaga.

Trump’s long history of trafficking in antisemitic tropes
On Truth Social, the former president attacked American Jews for being insufficiently supportive of him. “Wonderful Evangelicals are far more appreciative of [Trump’s record on Israel] than the people of the Jewish faith, especially those living in the U.S.,” Trump said.

Ya, you would think. But he appointed a "very bad European regime from 80-90 years ago" sympathizer to be the interim DA of Washington DC.

I made a thread on it. You not read it, or just pretend it wasn't real?

Also, both Musk and Vance have voiced support for far-right parties in Europe that have known sympathizers of that same nameless antisemitic European from around 1940.

Weird if you haven't been paying attention and noticed this.
