Do think the Trump DoJ is even going to entertain a plea deal?

 

I sure hope not

 

So you would prefer the DoJ to forgo a guaranteed conviction in order to: 1. Rule out the possibility of a reduced sentence, or 2. Ensure the judge has to go through the most painful process possible even if results in no conviction?

While I’m concerned by the inherent risk of a jury trial, especially in a leftie pit like Wisconsin, I agree with Bill and believe this political tool needs to be made an example and incarcerated. Judges like this woman have become worse than the hyper-political mopes being elected to congress.

However, I expect she’ll skate on the charges and will be back to her irresponsible and illegal acts very soon.
