    The last time habeas corpus was suspended was by Congress following the attack on Pearl Harbor. If Trump and his little buddy Stephen Miller think that habeas corpus should be suspended they can always request that Congress enact the applicable legislation along with a declaration of war.

    You hold the same view as historical authoritarians which makes sense due to who you support. Thankfully US law is the complete opposite
