it is an end-around of the rules to post whatever you want…just link your OP to an X blue check and you can bypass all the other rules of media sources.

also, the OP thread title does not reflect the content of the X post and the Mod’s did not use Rule #16 to tamp down the tone of THFfSG? Odd.

I think the Jan6 insurrection and beating of cops is representative of MAGA.
Wondering if OP was good with those thugs getting pardoned?

And not only that - the transgression referenced in the OP was allegedly perpetrated by a single person, a private citizen who ostensibly chose on their own to behave unacceptably or illegally.

Trump supporters have shown that they are tolerant of crimes being conducted that were literally incited by a sitting President, much of the incitement being outright lies.

The hypocrisy is astounding. But we know that perfectly well by now.

That lady obviously didn’t get the memo that MAGA politicians prefer being peed on, not spit on

Thank you. This new rule is really dumb on multiple grounds. What are the criteria for an "approved cite?" NTM that it creates unnecessary work for the mods, who are not getting paid.

As I mentioned on the “Rules” thread, history (mine) shows that one’s personal ideology or bias can and often will bleed through when given the power to decide what passes for allowed discourse.

For every law a draconian law republican makes, a democrat makes 10 more.
For every 3 conservative criminals, there are 7 liberal criminals.

    Younger aged people - check
    Located in cities - check
More likely to use drugs or drink alcohol to excess - check
More likely to riot after a hockey, football, or basketball game - check
Republicans want harsher sentencing, Democrats want lighter sentencing - check
Republicans don't make any gains from criminals with felony voter disenfranchisement, firearms ownership rights disenfranchisement - check

Red states that have high crime are due to blue cities; i.e. New Orleans, St. Louis, Birmingham, Houston, etc.

    - - - - -

Without getting into my personal life too much, most of the folks that have mistreated me in my life have been left-wing if not far left-wing. To which my thought is this:

Ronald Dion DeSantis is my hero. If he spits on me, it'd be an honor. I own 20+ DeSantis 2028 t-shirts, tank tops, bumper stickers and hold zero shame or guilt for exercising the first.

Three US democrat representatives who stormed the New Jersey ICE facility are being investigated. It would not be a shocker to see these individuals arrested for their violent acts:

Arrests Very Much 'On the Table' for Dems Who Stormed ICE Facility to Stump for Criminal Illegal Aliens

Lawmakers LaMonica McIver, Bonnie Watson Coleman and Rob Menendez allegedly stormed the Delaney Hall Detention Center, along with Newark Mayor Ras Baraka, who was arrested and charged with trespassing. Authorities claim an ICE agent was assaulted in the confrontation, which was caught on camera.
"If it was a typical U.S. citizen, and they tried to storm into a detention facility that's housing dangerous criminals or any person at all, they would be arrested," DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin told "Fox News Live" host Kevin Corke Saturday. "Just because you are a member of Congress or just because you're a public official, does not mean you are above the law."

McLaughlin continued, saying justice applies to all, regardless of your title:

"If you assault a law enforcement officer, we will also make sure you answer to justice," she added. "So, I think that arrests are still on the table for this. This is an ongoing investigation."

Would this too, in the unlikely event of prosecution, call for a Trump pardon just like 1/6?

This is sarcasm, right? I don’t think sarcasm works in social media. Too many crazies who say this nonsense with a straight face.
