Baseball vs. USF, Tue 5/6, 6:30 pm

I watch our younger pitchers grip their changeup grip really hard to go into their glove every pitch. If you’re gripping it that tight I have no idea how they can throw it effectively.

You have to cradle that pitch in your fingers up to where your fingers join the rest of your hand. You don’t want to get the ball into your palm and you do want wrist action on the pitch. I don’t get what I’m watching.
