Baseball at SC Game 2, Sun 5/4, 1:30

Major WOW. Couldn't watch last few innings, but just the score.

 

Need to go 3-4 next 7 games. A sweep here will take off the pressure. I can't see us taking two or one game at Texas. But so far the gators are making me eat crow.

 

12 SEC wins would probably get us in the tournament this year, considering our RPI & SOS, plus how well we've played down the stretch. However, getting to 13 or 14 wins would be great. And I totally agree that winning the 2nd game today would take a lot of pressure off. Don't want to finish the season against Alabama needing to win at least 2.

 

I need to stay away from this forum. For my own heart and sanity reasons lol.

There is a reason I try to maintain circumspection on this forum. Having my weak-kneed thoughts recited back to me here would be more than I could bear.

The nuns I went to school under would differ, young master.

 

We get circumsiced around the âgés of 7-9 in the Philippines by à barber. Oops. Sorry. I misread circumspection.

 

The young nun complained to Mother Superior that the men on the construction crew were too harsh with their descriptions—
Mother Superior replied “No, they’re just men of the world who call a spade a spade”….

The young nun answered “Oh no Mother Superior, they call it a freaking shovel”…

 

It is baseball. No reason we cannot sweep Texas and no reason they cannot sweep us. Why baseball is the greatest sport ever!

 

When I was in first grade I had a nun cane me so severely that I had about twenty bleeding welts on my back.

Today that would make national news.

Back then it was what was done.

And it was because I didn't read loud enough in class.
