I saw one clickbait site making the claim that Claude wants $4.5 million. It's horseshit.

 

Lots of chirping on this one. No way we offered this kid 4.5.

 

TOS indicating good news regarding Claude. Hopefully, we'll hear something soon.

Can't see anyone offering that much. Not sure what our highest offer would be but I hope it leaves room for another player.

 

To an odd (ironic?) point:

if it is all about the money, would we offer him more than what Aberdeen wanted or what he got from Kentucky?

 

That would be hard to fathom unless we change our whole budget.

 

6'6"/205 is a lot to like as a 1, 2, and 3. Reel him in.

 

I wonder if it’s the Gator staff waiting for player evaluations following the combine. Apparently there is still some chance of getting Henshall if he doesn’t get a first round grade. Who do we want more assuming we can’t afford both?

 

I would think Henshall. He has a higher upside and we would have have him for longer, potentially. But a bird in the hand…

 

Hard to say. He will definitely get more than what we offered Aberdeen, because Claude has shown he has a higher ceiling offensively and can make more of an impact on that end.

 

And if it ever comes out, methinks Denzell will be fired up playing us and proving how wrong that decision was. Not that there is anything wrong with that. It is his life and the new reality of the sport.

 

We’re assuming we have room for one but if Condo is projected 1st round, maybe we land both. Personally I’d want Condo back over either, but lots can happen over the next few weeks

 

I have us at 11 right now. So we have two or 4 spots left depending on what the NCAA decides.

My maths could be off, but I think the bigger limit is bag size not scholarship availability.
