Data likely manipulated at Trump's request. If someone is fired from one job and finds a new job is the new job counted in the jobs report? How many jobs were lost in the same period?

If they were manipulated at Trump's request it would have showed something like 7 million new jobs created, not that job creation slowed (albeit better than expectations).

90% of the added jobs are in the private sector. This is the trend desired by the Trump Administration.

If the total was 100% of an overall low number would you call it a success?

In May, there will be a net increase in jobs ….. as well as an increase in the unemployment rate as all of the pro-Palestinian anti-Semitic “liberal” liberal arts majors with $200K in student loans will be trying to find jobs with some left-leaning NGO that is cutting staff because of DOGE.

For people that utilize these stats for things other than fueling their need for resentment, we know that there are seasonal variations in employment, which is why BLS utilizes a seasonal adjustment for each month. As college graduations mostly happen in May each year, that will be account for in the adjustments.

So, that's it if unemployment goes up with increased jobs of 177,000, there has to be a net loss of jobs, right?
