Trump at 100 Days Blows Up ABC News

At what point, when posters continually post blatantly wrong information, that can easily be avoided with hardly any effort, do these “mistakes” become lies. If it is a mistake, once realized the person making the mistake would presumably correct himself. Yet they make the same “mistakes”’over and over again.

So if someone continually purposely repeats falsehoods at what point do they stop being mistakes and become lies?
