Recently, He delivered us from a disastrous trade war, and granted us access to at least a portion of our equity savings.

I don't think that Trump and his minions are smart enough to know that statistics are meaningless if you make up the numbers. They want to say things that sound official and contain statistics, but are unable to gather enough information to do it truthfully, so they just make up the numbers, trying to be as insanely optimistic as they can. They really are dunces.

I imagine most of the top level of this syndicate don’t know common numbers like the US population or the price of gas. They have either never lived outside their bubbles, or have been removed so long they have lost the thread.

Trump had no idea what to do when Elon asked him if he wanted to drive the car during that weirdass Tesla pimp show. Most of them can’t fathom that the price of everyday items like gas and eggs would ever impact a person.

I wouldn’t think Bondi was that insulated. I imagine with the bizarre “correction” she assumed the first number was already absurd “enough” to please the lunatics. But someone got all up in her private space and told her to make it dumber, and the next day the absurdity hit ludicrous speed.

It’s her type that is the scariest. Trump has never had to consider the value of a dollar in a grocery store once in his life. In a way there is at least an explanation for his minute to minute idiocy.

But while Bondi has never chased calories she also wasn’t given Manhattan real estate as a HS graduation present or accountants that know how to use bankruptcy to make money. She chooses to beat this drum and she does it as if the other 900 billion Americans are the ones who just don’t see real things.
