Excuse you all. They were 2-0. The precedent was set in the 2023 season when they finished 13-0. They are well within their rights to count only the games they want to count.
I just chuckle that before last year it was common on this board to point to NorveLLLLLLLLLL as to why to be patient with BN. That aged so well.
The biggest reason I see for patience is the fact that you won’t have any say in what happens anyway. Just take it in stride. If it makes you miserable, find something else to do. Maybe something you have control over as that seems very important to some people. Its just entertainment and you have no more control over how things play out on the football field than you do when you go see a movie.
First, I said I chuckle which is the opposite of miserable, it's self righteous vindication. Second, my argument was always that every situation is unique and those comparisons are useless. I also hated the inferred celebration of NorveL^10 success. I am overjoyed he and that shit program are hot garbage.
I was referring to the general you, not you specifically. I don’t generally care too much for propping up rival coaches either.
Yep, and unless you're planning to organize some type of mass boycott, nobody is going to miss you, the individual. I think by the time fans stop showing up en masse, moves are already being made up top, but some folks sure like to think they played their part.
I think fan apathy definitely played a part in Muschamp's demise. I understand season ticket sales dropped precipitously. Lots of games those final 2 years had a lot of visibly empty gaps in the stands.
We dont want em in the panhandle either. They need to move a bit north. Tgey are close to Alabama Georgia line. Push em up there.
To be fair, he was coming off of a 23-4 or so record the previous two years after turning things around. His complete reliance on the portal and abysmal high school talent evaluation/signing/developing are why they tanked last year. Billy is and has been well ahead of Norvell in that regard. We'll see if he can turn that into major success
