And since the foreign prison is performing a US government function, the Judge has the authority to order the US government to return the prisoners .

He was indicted by grand juries and convicted by a jury in New York. Nothing Kangaroo about it. Do you lie that he has top secret classified documents in his bathroom and ball room at Mar a Lago? Nuclear secrets? And caused his lawyer to give a false affidavit that he returned them when he told his people to move and hide them? That must make you feel safer because you evidently voted for him. Do you like that his false electors scheme? And he openly encouraged violence before and on 1-6. We know that because he pardoned every one of them. Those cowardly GOP Senators and Members should have stayed in their chambers and greeted their supporters. And relieved the law enforcement officers who tried to protect him. That’s who you voted for and don’t expect respect for that choice

I'd suggest that we are all being hurt by transplant doctors with valid visas being deported. Why do you think we need to ignore judge orders to do so?
