    She really struggled to find the strike zone the whole game. 6 walks, 2 hit batters, 118 pitches in 5 innings. FSU had several base running blunders, left 8 on base and couldn't take advantage of all the opportunities Maxwell gave them. FSU has 2 of their best pitchers out with injury and pitching was their weakness before that. They have virtually no chance at beating Oklahoma.

    I wonder if UGA will be more patient they next time through the line up.26 pitches through 7 batters.

    Yeah, their pitching was shaky to begin with, team built on scoring runs.

    What a fun night. Got to watch two lopsided non competitive softball games and listen to Beth Mowins run her mouth for four hours.

    Have any of you noticed how thin Kayla Braud is?
    We noticed it in Tuscaloosa, but she seems thinner now.
    I hope it is not a health issue.

    Alabama just blew it. Botched a routine third out that would have had them heading to the 6th inning up 2-0. Instead Tennessee scores on the error and then hits a two-run homer on the next at-bat.

    Three unearned runs. SMH. I'd like to see Tenn go down.

    What an ugly stadium for TV. Fans should sit at field level and the wall behind the plate should be no higher than three feet -- like KSP. It's not the worst stadium in person -- the train in left field is sort of fun.

    Vols steal a win 3-2, only 3 hits. Vols can pitch, but lack of hitting could be a problem in OKC.

    Bama's offense is worse than Tennessee's. I'm still surprised they got a Top 16 seed.
