Michael Boireau (sp) arrested this weekend for several traffic violations. One being colliding with another auto while speeding then trying to evade .
I’m sure this will break soon .
This along with Rashada just punctures the great momentum we have had with the transfer portal.
Never ends with our luck .
    Actually a Def Linemen

Summers have been dull for several years. Correspondently we have pretty much had mediocre teams and records. It’s starting to resemble an Urban Meyer type summer. Makes me encouraged for the Fall. Make him run stadium steps like St Bobby used to do with his crimminoles.

I changed the spelling and here are a couple of articles:

UF Freshman Michai Boireau Cited In Traffic Incident

Florida defender arrested after fleeing police at over 150 mph, causing crash with injury

I am interested to see how this case proceeds and is handled and prosecuted as opposed to any of the LegHumpers who allegedly drove fast.

I believe it’s a felony to leave the scene of an accident with injuries. Would imagine the fleeing and eluding charge can be bumped up to a felony when you’re running at those speeds too. This might actually be pretty bad for this kid. Doubt he gets the Jalen Carter treatment.

Based upon what little I know from the headlines (150mph and evading police) - revoke the scholarship and kick his ass out of school. We're not UGA.

Agreed, but surely you can foresee the final saga of this mess being him being rehabilitated and ending up at dear ole UGa a changed man while those meanies at UF tossed him in the dust bin like a wadded up ball of paper.

    That's exactly what will happen.

Funny how that is going to work out.

He did (he's also from the state of Georgia) choose the Gators over UGA, so... you know how that crappy state of Georgia works.

Its amazing how these kids don't realize how much they are placing others in danger. I almost wonder if they think life is like those fast and furious movies or something.

We'll the Gators havent actually played a game yet in 2024, to be able to point to anything substantive. Yet if you're one that will attempt to position yourself outside the window, trying to get a peek inside to determine what's really going on with the cake baking............One could certainly wonder if the maifestations of the last few days, might be signs that inroads are in fact being made with the cake baking and it has begun to get the attention and/or concerned of other cake baking entities?

In as far as Boireau, I felt he took way too many plays off despite his physical size at the HS level enough so he often became a non factor during games and I subsequenntly felt he'd probably never amount to a major contributor or a prospect you could count on being a 4 year Gator football player. His actions of the last few days (at UGA they are typically referred to as youthful indiscretions), have put the university atheltic department in a awkward position. He's posted bond, but I would wonder if there might be some limitations on his ability to leave the state at this point to attend organized functions of the football team or begin summer session? Florida unlike UGA doesn't have a payrolled fixer in the state of Georgia, to quitely mediate such legal situations and circumstances. I'd expect Billy to address this publically within the next few days.
