My theory...she's probably not Palestinian. She's probably a Marxist community organizer posing as a Palestinian. If she was really a Palestinian she'd know that Hamas would do unspeakable things to a woman who dresses like she does in public. The keffiyeh scarf she is wearing could be an act to create an aura of legitimacy and authenticity. It is not too dissimilar to Haagen Dazs ice cream trying to get you to think you are purchasing international ice cream when in fact you are purchasing American ice cream.

I think it's a reminder to some of the stupidity that our govt forced masking on people for years with literally no evidence that masks work.

Obviously it's easy to link to the studies that show they do work, but let's don't go thru all that again. Even if they didn't work, if they make someone feel more secure .... I don't see evidence of heaven or hell, but I don't laugh every time I see someone wearing a cross necklace.

If I want advice about the efficacy of wearing a mask, I'll go to someone with the education and intelligence to render a credible opinion. You, sir, are most decidedly not on that list.
