(GYM) Gymnastics 2023 - 2024

It was time for this. Will be interesting to see who wants to resurrect the brand there. The Griffiths?

 

LSU has all the pressure today.

 

Live stats shows us starting on vault?? I thought I read we start on bars?

 

Scrappy has been at SB. It was not a good day for the Gators. We lost 3-6.

That is the correct leo.

 

Vault scores are not on par...Anya with a 9.8 and Leeanne with a 9.8125 snd Ellie with a 9.7875? So we have to count Anya's now
After lsu gets their last performance on floor....we will probably be in 4th...hope we pick it up in the next rotation

 

Sigh. Really subpar vault rotation. Already dug a deep hole

 

Not a good first rotation for the Gators. The Vault has been one of our strengths this year and we only got a 49.250. Only freshman Danie Ferris scored over 9.9 with a 9.9125. Lazzari came in with 9.7875, Pilgrim with 9.800 and Wong with 9.8125. Got a lot of work to do starting with the uneven bars. Can't fall any further behind. LSU killed it on the floor and Cal & Utah were both solid.

 

Well...hopefully we will do better on the next rotation..a bit disappointed in our vault scores

 

Lsu had 1 9.2 floor..but they were able to drop it..usually Anya and especially Leeanne have much higher scores

 

Not sure why we continue to have trouble with all of our landings, dismounts,etc. our routines look great but we seem to really struggle with the finish year after year.

 

LSU overscored on floor. The judges have their favorites every year so LSU is going to win this. Only way they lose is if they start falling like OU did the other night.

 

Our first landing stick of the night by Sloane on bars. Hopefully they don’t take off for legs being slightly apart.
