I get that most of this forum consists of postulations due to boredom..lack of something to talk about etc...but it's really exhausting after a while haha. Anyway, I read most threads to try and gleam any sort of insight on the players we have...so I can dream of their on-field performance in the future lol. Here is my very small contribution in that realm. I'm at Boone High today and I talked to a kid that says Mizell is one of his best friends. Remember, I'm just repeating what a kid said about his friend. IDK! Some of this is known by a lot of you guys I'm sure...but here goes. 1. Mizell was indeed injured on about the second time he touched the ball during the first game this past season. 2. The injury itself was a pretty severe MCL strain..not tear. ( I thought I heard it was an ankle before.) 3. Mizell did report to UF in Jan and has been participating in workouts. 4. Mizell apparently told his friend that he can now reach 22 MPH on the tread and feels close to 100%. (22 MPH is equal to 10.49 in the 100 meter) And for reference Jeff Demps was around 10.1..right? anyway..plenty fast.
