That's it. And they all are. That is why you can't vote republican, at least at the federal level. Because people like Haley are too spineless to stand up to the nuts. And those who have stood up to the nuts, like Cheney, have been ridiculed and voted out in the primary.
In your own words you have stated what cesspool the entire republican party is, and they have no redeeming attributes and very bad for the country. So, as you post your irrelevant worthless posts on what the pubs are, I am just reminding everyone to take your comments in context of where you stand on everything R.
Understood, but the middle splits pretty evenly too. There really isnt a middle with (viable) politicians. Thats the point Im making.
The difference is that even splits don't break in the same way depending on which side we are discussing. The Senate was split evenly last cycle (with a narrow Democratic majority in the House). And who gained power? Manchin and Sinema. The House currently has the same narrow majority this time, just for Republicans. And who has gained power? MTG, Gaetz, Boebert, Gosar, Roy, etc. Even splits on the Democratic side empower moderates. Even splits on the Republican side empower extremists.
I’m playing. And I’m taking a stand. I vote for the candidate I think is best suited for the race. I refuse to vote for someone because they’re a Republican or democrat. I am staunchly opposed to the Hate War waged by MAGAs. I despise the liars and agitators in both parties. I think that people who advocate and pull for those inspiring hate are losers, and I think those who advocate and vote for agitators are losers. They are not serious about bettering our Country or State.
Well, you’ve commented on my posts in the past enough to appreciate that I was making a sarcastic post designed for humor. I guess shame on me for not finishing it with a laugh icon.
While I don’t like it at a political level I can kind of understand Haley’s dancing and waffling re Trump. She has tried to create distance but then she gets slammed by Republicans as being a RINO. If you want to be in the game long term it’s a game you have to play.
She is a Pub, so there is no problem with the alleged affair. I seem to recall the guy was actually a consultant to her campaign.... Will Folks. As for her announcement, no chance she gets the nomination. Just a play for VP exposure and/or $$$.
I think that's right. I didn't remember the details. I'm mainly interested in the gender comparison. It's not like I would support her anyway every Democrat, but I am interested in how she gets treated on the issue in comparison to a male candidate
They are not running because they have zero chance of getting the nomination in the current GOP or should I say QOP.
She has rebuked Trump about the way he handled Jan 6. Nikki condemned trump again about his words about Charlottesville. Your eyes are shut and your mind is closed. Impressive for a libbie.
She rebuked Trump the same way that Kevin McCarthy did. She was critical of him until she wasn't. Her references to Trump on January 6th. 1. And we can’t let that ever happen again.” (Politico) “I think he’s going to find himself further and further isolated. … I don’t think he’s going to be in the picture. I don’t think he can.
