There is no discernable difference between 6-7 and 7-6, and I'd much rather have that 7th loss come against a top 15 team that we've never played than some team nobody is going to get up for like last year. Caring about things like the first back to back losing seasons in decades is pretty silly when we've had 3 losing seasons in the last 9 years, including 2 where we didn't even make a bowl.

I'd rather win the game as well, but I'm not gonna complain about a unique matchup just because I'd rather see the team play a worse opponent. Anyone who's watched this year knows it's not even remotely a forgone conclusion that we'd win against any 6-6 team in the country

 

Disagree. Every game counts. 7-6 very different than 6-7 with regards to trajectory of the program. Negative recruiting comes into play also with losing season. This is a great opportunity for us to take on a ranked team that we absolutely have more talent than. I’m hoping a lot of people don’t make excuses in advance as to why it’s ok to lose or saying loss isn’t a big deal.

Hoping we have AR. Otherwise supposedly starting a guy that’s taken 3-4 snaps at most. Mortensen said some nfl guys think AR needs another year.

Since we won’t have a serviceable Qb, the direct snaps to our backs will do well. Throw a pass or 3 to a big tight end and we will move the ball -retry effectively.

Those 8-12 posts are ridiculous, and they are from members of the fanbase. If you need specificity with every post on a message board you're in for a rough time, because speaking in generalities is a fairly common practice.

The stadium is fantastic - was there for a Red Hot Chili Peppers concert in July. Tix aren't too bad, depending on where you want to sit.
If you go and don't stay nearby, get dropped off at Mandalay Bay and then just walk over. Very simple.
