    In my head--- UF
I'm an alum and a fan. Try to learn the nuances of the game but of course they elude me (and others).

With Napier now here are some random things the guys down at the barber shop talk about gator wise:

Let's have less noon games. That probably means winning more of course

In stadium, the pimping out of the fans is overwhelming. Zero time for maybe 5 seconds of not selling something.

Work on getting people inside the stadium. West entrances are a cluster. North end zone is a disaster each game.

I have more suggestions, but I want to hear from others before posting what's already jangling around in my head

Less recorded music and announcements during the game. I was at the Texas A&M game and it was a pleasure to be there. You could actually conduct a conversation with your neighbors without being drowned out.

For the record, I don’t care what they do during halftime, between quarters, or during times out. I talking about in-game noise.

Hey man, I ain’t no average fan! But if I was, I’d take an average defense. :)

I like to see the opposing team punt at least 6 times per game.

    Protect the SWAMP
Which means beating Tennessee, Arkansas, FSU, and any other foe who walks on that field.

I miss the 90s, I know its unlikely we will ever have that level of dominance again, but man I wish the swamp was feared again.

    A 7-5 regular season.

Gotta shoot for what you think is doable.

On offense I would like better clock management, fewer runs up the middle, and (related to 2nd item) more Etienne.

More of those quick screens to Henderson. Maybe 10-12 per game.

I would like to see BB & FB teams be somewhat as successful as the SB, VB , Tennis, Swimming, Track, Gymnastics and Baseball teams.

Lost the third quarter (often decisively) in 9 of 12 games.

Better tackling, better angles to the ball carrier, an actual pass rush, more man to man coverage,
    but mostly a swarming D.

    Special teams that not UNspecial.

I'm not greedy, how about a defense that can hold every team to 10 points.

My slightly more specific answer is more consistent play across the board starting with QB play and vastly improved 3rd down D. Oh, and a top five class for '23 that meets our most pressing needs. I know, I cheated but WTF.

Hey, if we'd have kept every opponent below 16 points this year, we would be undefeated.

Napier has a mess to clean up not seen here since SOS got here in 1990. I like the work ethic that CBN brings. This takes time. Haven't seen our schedule next year. I am looking at 8-9 wins. And two of those need to be Tennessee and FSU.
