1. New DC. Toney is a child coaching against the best in the business and he’s in over his head. Also, I’m damn sick of head coaches that won’t get rid of a deadweight DC. call if Grantham syndrome.

2. Hire an OC that takes over playcalling.

3. New ST coordinator.

4. Flip at least half the roster in the portal/recruiting.

that would be a good start, and show that Billy is committed to winning at the highest level, and not just having a good time with his buddies like the last 2.

 

What are the % that Napier replaces the DC and gets a good DC?
