A complete game (e.g like we played in the second half versus atm) would be great. Get the W, but a solid dominant win would be even better. Confidence for the team heading down the stretch for f$u and the bowl.
I hate SC. Troll job they had on us last year with the receiver sleeping in the end zone (actually very funny), warrants a beat down. For whatever reason I find their coach completely annoying and a total media whore.
If we win this next game and end up 6-6, I'm going to be totally dismayed. That would require losing to Vandy in Nashville, which would be a painful and costly step back from the admittedly modest progress that we have fought so hard to make - and will hopefully continue to make for the remainder of the season. Although it galls me to say it, we could play our best game of the season and still lose in Clown Town. I actually think that we've got a good shot to win, but the FSU game will not be easy. But with all that's on the line for the future of the program, losing to Vandy would be a huge fail.
If we play a full game on D like we played in the 2nd half at ATM, we will handle SCe with relative ease. They're not that good at stopping the run and they didn't exactly crush a very weak Vandy team on Saturday. If we struggle on D thought, it could be a bit of a slog.
Thanks for the advice/tips for my first Florida game! Wife and I are flying out from Colorado to visit our baby gator freshman. Supposed to go last month, but IAN cancelled our flights. Now we got Nicole giving us the side-eye.... *Sigh* I really think the SOB that SCAR has for a coach (Son Of Beamer) brings a lot of fake juice. They look to finish 6-6, but pretty they are fortunate to have gotten six wins. CBN seems like a man of high integrity, which I believe is an important quality and something lacking from his two immediate predecessors. I think he will figure it out -- you'll know if you have the right guy by how he does in year two, in my humble opinion. Go Gators!
Not trying to put words in your mouth. But if the possibility of finishing 6-6, even after a win over SCe that you seemed to be alluding to actually came to pass, a loss to Vandy would have to occur to account for the 6-6 finish. Just saying.
5th year jr. He was class of 18. Pretty sure he still has two years of eligibility left with a redshirt year plus the free covid year.
