The defensive line deserves the game ball. It’s quite amazing when you can get a rush and make the quarterback nervous the rest of the defense looks solid. Congrats to the defensive line and the D’s 2nd half shut out.

Can't disagree, but even the secondary started sticking to the WRs and broke up passes, which I haven't seen ... at all this year.

All this without our Cox! Good to see the D stiffen up, especially in the 2nd half.

Give it to the whole D. This might be our only chance….just sayin. :)

It's bizarre how defending passes in the secondary has become such a significant and refreshing occurrence the last 2 weeks. Somewhat telling how long it has been since we played tight coverage. Just seems like something we haven't seen for a while

Second game in a row they've looked like they figured out how to cover receivers - they did have some bright spots last week.

I don't know when their freshman phenom got the flu - but it looked like King hadn't practiced this week.

He’s been throwing to the same invisible guys our strength coach has been fighting.

Jayden Hill coming back has had a noticable impact on the defense. His coverage ability is needed opposite Marshall. He Has played waaay better than expected after missing 2 seasons due to injury

Yes, a non-Cox stiffening was unexpected.

    Tip your servers.

King actually looked pretty good in first half. Pressure got to him in the second half.

Yes - seemed like when they finally started getting to him - close but not actually sacking him, he fell apart.

Seems like he's starting to be more confident on that healed knee - he got abused in the LSU game but that was his second game back - his first step is getting better.

We beat him to the ground. They pounded him high and low. The telecast did not do justice telling the punishment we inflicted on that young man.
