GAME THREAD: (14) Syracuse at (5) Clemson, Sat. at Noon on ABC

Clemson stadium was built in 1941 ( 81 years). 1st time a matchup of both teams 6-0 or better. Says a lot about Clemson and ACC football....

 

Only game this weekend between two undefeated teams.

 

Syracuse goes for it on 4th down at Clemson 35...fails. Clemson TD drive. 7-0

 

Two excellent QB's in this game.

The game isn't over (obviously), but I said on another thread quite a while ago that there would not be another Frank Beamer. I was mistaken. Dino Babers IS the latest Beamer. Why do I bring this up?


It has something to do with patience and not about knee-jerk decisions regarding head coaches...but I don't recall why it was important on this forum.
